Luxury in the Mountains, Colorado 2025

Hello Colorado 2025 Retreat Attendees!

 

Madison, your retreat logistics coordinator and I, your retreat leader, are excited to have you join us for Luxury in the Mountains, Colorado 2025. My “why" is to live life fully and love every minute of it AND THEN help you do that!  

 

To hold a spot for you on the retreat you should have made a deposit or payment in full and complete the following: 

 

  1. Visit https://www.redliferetreats.com/co25retreatagreement to read AND electronically sign the retreat document. 

 

2.  We have open retreat slots available.  Please invite your friends to join our waitlist.  Send them to www.redliferetreats.com or have them text or email me for information. (danielle@redlifeyoga.com)

 

3.  Your flights and travel insurance are your responsibility but we are here for you!  Please reach out for help, tips, and guidance.  ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and travel insurance is the only way to protect your investment.  As a Travel Agent, I am able to offer you a travel insurance quote based on your needs; please let me know if you would like one or if you are declining travel insurance.

The included retreat dates are September 22-27, 2025.  You will make arrangements to fly into Denver International  Airport.  

 

Because of the elevation of Colorado, we highly encourage you to arrive in Denver 1-2 days before to acclimate to the change.  Oxygen levels can be affected at higher elevations.  For some, this could mean that breathing is more challenging than usual in the first few days, during exercise, or when drinking alcohol.

 

As we approach our retreat days we will discuss this further so you can prepare, but for now, consider extending your trip by a few days on the front end with a hotel stay and mild activities in the city, as this can help the situation.  Practicing your yogic breathing consistently and regular cardio exercise can also help.  

 

When the retreat is full we will begin planning some Zoom and in-person socials so we can get to know each other and get excited!
